Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an eligible jewellery piece purchased online, we are here to assist you.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for ready-to-ship jewellery purchased online Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of deliveryTo request a return, please email amodfinejewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Condition of Jewellery

Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition All security tags must be intact and untampered All original packaging, including boxes, certificates of authenticity, and invoices, must be returned

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup within 48 working hours. Our team will contact you for any coordination required. All returned jewellery undergoes a strict quality control inspection

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Return Conditions & Exclusions

AMOD FINE JEWELS reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if: The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage The jewellery has been altered or resized The security seal or tag has been removed or tampered with Required documents or packaging are missing If a return is rejected after inspection, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are accepted strictly at the company’s discretion.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that:An incorrect item is delivered, or Jewellery arrives damaged due to transit or manufacturing defect Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing amodfinejewels@gmail.com.

We will arrange a complimentary pickup within 48 working hours Upon inspection: If the damage is due to transit or manufacturing defect, a replacement or exchange will be processedIf damage is not attributable to transit or manufacturing, the item will be returned to you and no exchange will be offered All decisions regarding damaged item claims remain at the sole discretion of AMOD FINE JEWELS.
